The album "Angels Running After" features Cheryl's growing production skills. "I've been dabbling in the world of sounds and arrangements," says Cheryl, "which is completely different from songwriting, piano-playing, or singing." Cheryl layered her synth sounds, vocals, piano, the occasional beatbox, and other oddities together with the traditional instruments of her band to create a lush bed for her ethereal, quirky vocals.
Cheryl's music has been described as "stimulating, refreshingly different, and completely cool." "There are really no boundaries when it comes to the creation of music," says Cheryl. "The future to me is full of the challenge of the chase-on the trail of an amazing song."
